Roti Prata is the Singaporean evolution of the Pakistan and Indian Prata. Roti means bread in Hindi, while Prata means flat. It is traditionally served with curry or, more rarely, with sugar or condensed milk. Although it may be consumed at any time of the day by some locals, the majority tend to consume it at a late night or early in the morning.
