Various Food

Nasi Briyani
Nasi Briyani is a set of rice-based foods made with spices, rice (usually basmati) , meat, fish ,egg or vegetables. The name is derived from the Persian, which means "fried" or "roasted".Nasi Briyani was brought to the Indian Subcontinent by Muslim travelers and merchants. Local variants of this dish are not only popular in South Asia but also in Arabia and various Indian communities in Western countries.

Teh Tarik
Teh Tarik  is a hot tea beverage which can be commonly found in restaurants, outdoor stalls and kopitiams in Malaysia, Brunei , Singapore. Its name is derived from the pouring process of "pulling" the drink during preparation. It is made from black tea and condensed tea .

Paper Prata
Paper Prata also known as Tissue Prata; is crispy on the outside, soft and puffy on the inside and it isn't oily. When was the last time you had prata using your hands and you didn't make a mess? Curry gravy was good too.
Mee Goreng
Mee Goreng ,meaning "fried noodles" is a dish famous in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. It is made with thin yellow noodles fried with onion, fried tofu, chili, vegetables, tomatoes and egg.
Nasi Lemak
Nasi Lemak Traditionally, this comes as a platter of food wrapped in banana leaf. As a more substantial meal, nasi lemak can also come with a variety of other accompaniments such as chicken, beef rendang. Traditionally most of these accompaniments are spicy in nature.
Satay
Satay is one of the earliest foods to be associated with Singapore. It has been associated with the city since 1940s. Previously, it is sold on makeshift roadside stalls at Beach Road. They were moved to the Esplanade Park in the 1960s,and had grew to the point of being constantly listed in tourism guides.
Murtabak

Murtabak : The name murtabak (or sometimes mutabbag) in Arabic means "folded".In Malaysia, where it is called "Murtabak", it is sold by mamak salesmen, and usually includes minced mutton, along with garlic, egg and onion, and is eaten with curry. Murtabak also usually includes mutton in Yemen.
Indian Rojak

Indian Rojak contains fried dough fritters, bean curds, boiled potatoes, prawn fritters, hard boiled eggs, bean sprouts, and cucumber mixed with a sweet thick, spicy peanut sauce. These mobile vendors now use modified mini trucks. The Pasembor available in Singapore is an assortment of potatoes, eggs, bean curd (Tofu), and prawns fried in batter, served with a sweet and spicy chili sauce.
